Minute		Description
90' +3		Full time whistle blows and the Galaxy hold on for a vital 1-0 victory that will take them into the quarter finals. The top three teams in Group A finish on 12 points and it's Costa Rica's Alajuelense who are the team to miss out.
90' +1		Ramírez finds himself alone in the Galaxy box but he is adjudged to have fouled his defender and the Galaxy breath a sigh of relief.
89'		Donovan receives the ball from Beckham and cuts back inside two defenders, with just the keeper to beat he balloons his effort over the bar.
86'		Juninho tries his luck from 35-yards out but the effort is too high and Morales can clear up field.
84'		Galaxy will have to tread careful over these last few minutes, a Motagua goal at this juncture and it's curtains for the Californian outfit.
82'		Beckham not having the best of nights tonight. Difficult surface to deliver his trademark crosses and free kicks.
80'		M. Stephens enters the game and replaces P. Cardozo.
79'		Game has slowed a little, Arena barking out orders to go to a 4-5-1 formation on the sidelines.

67'		Another corner from Motagua is sent in and Saunders stands firm and with a herculean punch clears the danger.

		The LA Galaxy get the second half underway. Motagua earn a corner at the start to this half. The final cross though is disappointing and the Galaxy have a goal kick.
45' +1		Half time whistle blows and the Galaxy go into the break with the 1-0 advantage. As mentioned, Galaxy need a victory tonight if they are to progress to the quarter finals.
40'		Five minutes left to this first half and the Galaxy holding on to this slender lead.
38'		Saunders in the thick of the action. The first he parries a shot from distance and then scrambles across goal to put off Bengtson as he heads wide.
35'		Beckham will take the Galaxy's first corner of the night to the near post, a defensive header keeps the ball out from sneaking in and Motagua clear up field after an infringement.
33'		Corner kick to Motagua to the near post by Discua, his second effort finds Leverón and his free header is straight into the arms of Saunders.

29'		Goal Galaxy. Juninho with an absolute peach of a goal from 30-yards. The ball was dipping but Morales should have done better in keeping that shot out.
26'		Bengtson with some good work deep into the Galaxy half as he wins a corner kick. The Motagua corner is deep and the Galaxy can clear with ease.
23'		Morelia currently sit on top of group A with Alajuelense in second spot.
19'		Bengtson lets rip from 20-yards that takes a slight deflection and out for a corner kick. Girón with an out swinger and a Claros header is straight into the arms of Saunders.
17'		Galaxy need a win tonight to progress, Motagua have no chance sitting on the bottom of group A with zero points.
14'		Beckham dinks a ball forward into the penalty area, just too long though and Morales races off his line to collect.
8'		Girón with another corner for Motagua and the Galaxy defense stands firm and clears.
6'		Bengtson is tripped just over 20-yards out and the Hondurans win another free kick. Discua curls one low around the wall and Saunders saves.
5'		Girón sends in the corner to the 6-yard box and Saunders punches clear.
4'		The free kick strikes the Galaxy wall and deflects out for a corner kick.
3'		Beckham with a trademark cross-field ball to a team mate, Motagua regain possession and win a free kick just outside the Galaxy box.
